The Service

Ikigai Report ("the Service") provides a free AI-powered ikigai quiz and optional premium digital reports ("Ikigai Compass"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Free Quiz

The free ikigai test is available at no cost. Results are generated by AI and are unique to your answers. Quiz results are stored for 90 days via a shareable URL, after which they may be deleted.

Premium Reports & Refund Policy

Premium Ikigai Compass reports are digital products delivered instantly after payment. As digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, they are non-refundable by default. We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion — for example, in cases of technical failure preventing delivery. If you experience a technical issue, contact ikigaireport@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All quiz results and premium reports are generated by artificial intelligence (AI). While we strive for meaningful, personalised results, AI can produce errors or inaccuracies. Your results are intended as guidance for personal reflection only and should not be treated as professional advice.

Data Retention

• Quiz results: Stored for 90 days to keep your shareable link active.
• Premium reports: Stored for 30 days after generation.
• Email addresses: Retained until you unsubscribe.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, quiz design, archetype descriptions, and report templates — is owned by Ikigai Report and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your quiz answers remain yours; however, by using the Service you grant us a licence to process your answers to generate results.

Governing Law
